QuizList

Well, it’s not, but I have a lot of quizzes new to the site to list and none of them are on Tuesday, by tradition the quietest night of the week for publicans and the reason why many of them started up a quiz.  So here we go:

Sundays:

Mondays:

Wednesdays:

The Kings Arms, 55 The Grove, W5 5DX, 020 8367 0606 (monthly).
Railway Bell, Station Road, TW12 2AP, 020 8979 1897.
The Winchester, 206 Archway Road, N6 5BA, 020 8374 1690, has switched its Thursday quiz to a Wednesday and it’s now run by Bobby Moore (5 Bells, Windsor Castle, Madden’s).

Thursdays:

The Eleanor Arms, 460 Old Ford Road, Bow, E3 5JP, 0208 980 6992.  Once a month there’s a charity quiz in aid of St Joseph’s Hospice, with the next one being on October 2nd.  Topic:  General Knowledge.
The Lord Morpeth, 402 Old Ford Road, Bow, 020 8981 9336 (pop quiz, newly starting, same quizmaster as quizzes listed in last week’s post, and this is the quiz that was looking for a quizmaster recently – good luck to it and thanks to Eddie for putting the details together).

Some ‘winter only’ quizzes must be starting up again soon – I’m told that’s the case with The Albert, 11 Princess Road,  NW1 8JR,  020 7722 1886, but my information doesn’t extend to night of the week…
